Episode 2 / Sydney

Back on Australian shores Manuel catches up with flair champion Loy Catada at the Australian bartending flair championships and Suntory Cup. We discover the art of cocktail degustation with Ben Davidson at the Arthouse and meet the genius behind two of Sydney’s cocktail institutions, David Evan’s of Hugo’s Lounge and Justin Hemmes of Hemmesphere. Mark Ward creates a classic Matusalem Platino cobbler cocktail in Hugo’s Bar Pizza while Gary Beadle shows us how to make a Midori Summer Dream cocktail in Mixing It Yourself.

Episode 3 / Paris

While in the city of romance Manuel visits iconic night spots such as Hemmingway Bar at the Ritz, The Buddha Bar home to the popular Buddha Bar CD collection and creates the Da Vinci cocktail on location at the Louvre. We visit the home of Chambord and create a Chambord and Champagne cocktail perfect for any occasion. Episode 6 / Mexico

Hola from Mexico! Visit the famous Jose Cuervo distillery where the world’s number 1 tequila Cuervo Especial, is made. Stroll through the Jose Cuervo Agave fields and gain insight into the secret of happiness from the men who work there. Manuel samples a tequila shot called the Mexican Flag and Mixing It Yourself shows you how to make a Grand Margarita at home.

Episode 7 / Cocktail Party

Manuel recruits some friends to show you how to host a sizzling summer cocktail party. Andysoma and Collette Dinnigan provide the apparel while Philip Gallo demonstrates one of summer's hottest hairstyles. Manuel will help you select liqueurs and spirits from Dan Murphy's alcohol wholesalers and renowned chef Luke Mangan will reveal his secret to making mouth-watering cocktail canapes. Lychee Mojitos and Honeydew Melon Margarita's will have your guests screaming for more.

Episode 8 / Melbourne II

We revisit the wonderfully unmistakable underground bar scene that is Melbourne, and chat to Adam Bunny owner of the famous Loop bar, a place where art meets cocktails. Manuel makes a stop at the Transit Lounge in Federation Square for a tasty tequila indulgence brought to you by one of Melbourne's leading mixologist Johnny K. Der Raum shows us another dimension in cocktails using gelatine and foam amongst a sea of hanging bottles and Mick Formosa from Ginger mixes up a divine Bitter Hazelberry Martini.

Episode 9 / New York II

Head back to the Big Apple and reacquaint yourself with Manhattan, the Meatpacker's District, Sex and the City and all things New York. Enjoy the luxurious surrounds of Double 7, the Colonial charm of Freeman's Restaurant and the biggest Martini you will ever see at Dylan Prime. Top it off by sipping on some Heavy Petting in Bed, the bar made famous by the savvy girls from Sex in the City. You will also learn how to make your own Grand Cosmopolitan in Mixing It Yourself.

Episode 10 / Sydney II

It's back to Sydney where we take a look at the rebirth of a Sydney institution; the new look world flagship Hilton Hotel. Here Grant Collins takes us on a tour of the stunning new Zeta Bar and the classic Marble Bar, and Luke Mangan talks to us from Glass about the close relationship between food and cocktails within the hotel. Mike Enright makes us a San Francisco Smack and Alex Swainston mixes a peachy mouth-watering cocktail called the Grand Fizz. Cook books meet cocktail culture when Manuel talks to Hayden Wood about his successful series of cocktail books “Liquid Kitchen”. Then its time to talk some serious tequila with aficionado Phil Bailey at Cafe Pacifico.

Episode 11 / Singapore and Bahrain

We take you on a journey to the cocktail culture in Singapore with a do it yourself Caipiroska and a visit to Emerald Hill where Kenny Skeeoch gives Manuel a taste of their specialty infused martinis and a particularly potent snake infusion. We also go on a trip to Bahrain where we learn how to make a Middle Eastern mocktail in the prestigious Gulf Air first class passenger lounge and Manuel shows us the perfect traveller’s companion with his resourceful Mini Bar cocktail.

Episode 12 / Cocktails on the Coast

Its time to head north for a piece of Gold Coast cocktail culture where we chat to the versatile Billy Cross. We look inside his latest opulent addition to the Gold Coast bar scene, Ruby Tramp where bartender Shannon mixes the signature cocktail. Manuel finds a bar where footballs meet highballs, Alto Cucina and barman Rob Barker gives his best Blue Steel. It wouldn't be a trip to the coast without a beach party and Midori lets us in on their annual Full Moon Beach Party at Long Island resort for a bit of fun, dance and the inevitable summer cocktails.

Episode 13 / Last Drinks

Treat your taste buds as Manuel shows you how to make all his favorites in this final cocktail bonanza. Refreshing summer cocktails include the Lychee Caipiroska and Blue Margarita, while your mouth will drool over sexy evening delights such as the Frangelico Baci, Midori Pash and The Lucy.
