Episode 11 / Singapore and Bahrain We take you on a journey to the cocktail culture in Singapore with a do it yourself Caipiroska and a visit to Emerald Hill where Kenny Skeeoch gives Manuel a taste of their specialty infused martinis and a particularly potent snake infusion. We also go on a trip to Bahrain where we learn how to make a Middle Eastern mocktail in the prestigious Gulf Air first class passenger lounge and Manuel shows us the perfect traveller’s companion with his resourceful Mini Bar cocktail. Episode 12 / Cocktails on the Coast Its time to head north for a piece of Gold Coast cocktail culture where we chat to the versatile Billy Cross. We look inside his latest opulent addition to the Gold Coast bar scene, Ruby Tramp where bartender Shannon mixes the signature cocktail.
